Contact form: we collect your first and last name, e-mail address and message only to answer you. The legal basis is your request (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c), GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Messages are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.

Cookies and analytics: the site works without cookies. Visitor statistics are used only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner (KVKK Art. 5(1), GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you can change this at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Embedded content: films are played from Vimeo and some storyboards from Google Slides. These services receive data such as your IP address only when you press play or open the embed; their own privacy policies apply.

Hosting and transfers: the website is hosted on servers in the European Union (Germany). Using a host outside Türkiye is a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9.

Your rights: you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Art. 11) or your EU supervisory authority (GDPR Arts. 15–22, 77). Write to info@mirahepturk.com.
